Thieves in Time… difference?

askcoopergang:

It’s because it’s not from Sucker Punch but a different company Sanzaru. Different team and.. I guess they’re going for something new. I’m not fond of the difference, especially in the face but.. it’s kinda growing on me.

“Am I the only one who actually likes the new cut-scene art? I’m a big sucker when it comes to different art styles, and I like the newer look. It’s not like the series hasn’t done this before, look at the first game compared to the others. Either way, new Sly game! Woop.”

Sly Cooper Thieves In Time Sneaking Its Way Onto The PS Vita

splitscreengaming:

The long awaited Sly Cooper sequel will now be making its way to two consoles later this year, on the latest episode of GTTV, Sanzaru Games announced it would be bringing Sly Cooper: Thieves In Time to the PS Vita as well as the PS3. This means you will be able to transfer save data between the two versions and carry on playing wherever you are.

Sly Cooper: Thieves In Time is being released sometime in the Fall later this year.

Take Sly With You!

dazmonochrome:

In an interview today Glen Egan, the president of Sanzaru Games, announced that their upcoming Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time will be available for the Playstation Vita as well as Playstation 3. The portable version of the game will make full use of the Vita’s unique functions such as both touchscreens, movement controls, and even the much neglected cross-play function. This means that fans will be able to literally slip their favourite Thievius devious raccoonus into their pocket and continue their adventure during the morning commute or anywhere else the feeling may take them. Even with the Vita’s at times gimmicky features in the way, players should have no problem enjoying Sly’s costume-packed adventure through time on the portable devices’ 960 x 544 OLED display. Integration of motion controls likely means that players will be asked to do a few balancing challenges, similar to the experience with Uncharted: Golden Abyss, at points along their journey. Egan also confirmed that this portable version will share a release date with its console sister sometime this fall, indicating in some way that the Vita version has been given a similar amount of care as the console version. Look to pick up right where you left off in Sly 3 later this year, and where ever you go, take Sly with you.

“Maybe Glen Egan just takes a good game, but I’m starting to think that Sanzaru might actually “get” what makes these games so great more than Sucker Punch did by the end. I can’t wait to find out.”

slycooperconfessions:

“I also agree the game wont be perfect, but I think Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time will be good. Sanzaru decided to make a prototype before even talking with Sony. They are fans of the Sly series and decided to make this game because they wanted to play a new Sly game. They are passionate about this game. That mind set from Sanzaru, and the footage I have seen so far make me know this will be a great addition to the series.”
